Returns and Refunds Policy

We operate a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

You do not need to provide a specific reason.

For cancelling or amending orders, you have 12 hours from the moment of placing your order to cancel it or request a change.

After this period, we are unable to cancel or amend your order for logistical reasons. You may return your order at your own cost once you have received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

Some of our products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised products

To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Your right to cancel expires 14 days after you have taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of cancellation:

In the event of cancellation on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard free delivery we offer.

This refund will be credited within 14 days to the payment method used on our site.

Return Costs

Please note that if you choose to return a product for reasons other than defects or damage (for example, if you change your mind), the cost of return postage is your responsibility.

To ensure the product reaches us in good condition, we recommend choosing a tracked and insured delivery method.

If the returned product is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.

In such cases, Comfy Bath Mat will reimburse the return postage costs as part of our commitment to your satisfaction and to respecting your consumer rights.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees.

Proof of Postage

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and follow our returns procedure.

WHAT IS PROOF OF POSTAGE?

Proof of postage can be evidence of the parcel being handed over for delivery, for example a photo of your order at the post office.

We strongly recommend taking a photo of your proof of postage in case you misplace it.

If we ask you for proof of postage and you are unable to provide it, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you as to whether the refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method.

Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

All refunds are processed within 14 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Personalised products are any products in the shop that can be personalised with text.

These are gifts made based on your own material (text, etc.).

These are highly personalised products.

As these products cannot be resold, you do not have a right to cancel in respect of our personalised products.

However, in the event that the specifications you provided have not been followed by Comfy Bath Mat, we commit to replacing your product with one that strictly meets those specifications.

Furthermore, if the products arrive damaged or faulty, we also commit to replacing the affected products.

You should send your request to us by email or by post, accompanied by photographs.
